I called yesterday and canceled my reservation. The lady said she would take care of it and she said it was canceled.
I arrived to a smiling Front Desk clerk, Thomasina was courteous and helpful. I had a problem with the TV cable in my room, Amanda another front desk clerk, waited over an hour after her shift to ensure my situation was resolved. As I was checking out, maids were mopping and cleaning the lobby, as well as the elevator. Overall a very good experience. For this reason, I have returned on four different occasions over four years. They run a good ship…Highly recommend you visit.
