The room was very cold upon arrival. When attempting to warm up the room the air was Luke warm, causing the room to take a couple of hours to feel somewhat comfortable. Our TV was damaged and lines at the top of the screen. The water in the bathroom took very long to heat up and even then wouldn't get hot. Our room keys did not work for any of the amenities (gym, pool etc). To be fair we only stayed overnight so there was no opportunity for staff to rectify anything due to the short stay. However, for this property to have the rating it does, I definitely expected things to be better for the amount of money paid.
We switched the room but it still smells really bad.
Our stay could not have been better. The staff were very kind and helpful.
