This hotel offers a variety of amenities including a gym, spa tub, and meeting rooms, making it a convenient and enjoyable stay for guests.
Half the staff was great (Jenna and Patti) and the other half was less than desirable. I called for additional bedding and had to go down to get it after 45 minutes. I wouldn't mind if you had asked me to come down to get it. I asked for a luggage cart and was told, "It must be in use," after not seeing one on any floor for the entire weekend (Friday evening through Sunday morning). I booked a "queen" room and asked if my room was, in fact, a queen room and I was told it was. The beds were standard size, not queen. The headboard (s) needed to be cleaned and the floor was not swept between the window and bed. Surface mold was present in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken.
The highlights are the room rates, included breakfast, layout of the shower and jacuzzi tub. Lowlights are it is really unclean with stains and damage on the walls and furniture. I have yet to see a bathroom where the grout was not falling apart. On this most recent stay, the shower would not stop dripping. I was in room 310, drove me nuts all night.
Very nice and convenient location and the staff is excellent.
