The people I interacted with desk clerks, reservationist and room cleaner we're all superb. The bed was very comfortable and the room appeared to be very clean. I very much appreciate that they were pet friendly for only an added $10.00.
The room looked like something from the 50’s. They’ve tried to update it but you could see the “remnants” of all the previous attempts at renovations. The carpet looked filthy, the bit of flooring was a sticky mess…I couldn’t take my shoes off in that room at all! The TV kept going on and off throughout the entire evening, the knob to turn the shower on or off was totally striped and just spun in circles, and, the soap and shampoo was left in the shower from the previous person. If I didn’t have to stay there I would have left but I was stuck, so I went to sleep (the bed was actually clean and comfortable) and hoped morning would come fast and I could get out of there!

Booked this property based on reviews. Check in went fine, other than we were told when booking through corporate by phone the rate for our dog was $2 per night, upon arrival we were told it was $10 per night. Room was located at the back of the building, motel style, room 120. Entered the room, seemed musty smelling and worn. Ceiling had many patches and holes, some not patched. Trim along wall alongside the bed was falling off. Mat in bathtub was dirty and tub/toilet area was in bad shape. My daughter wouldn’t shower in that space. I did…shower mat/floor towel was stained and dirty. We would have felt unsafe there if we hadn’t seen so many police vehicles parked in the parking lot there (found out there is a police training center nearby). On a scale if one to 10 would rate this room a 3.

Very friendly staff and clean. Good Value
The bed was clean and we got a good night's rest.
The check in process was quick and efficient, the property is clean and presents itself well. One of the better hotel experiences we’ve had.
