Hotel is unbelievably run down and rooms are falling apart, totally gross, dirty, stained and the smell of mold and mildew is toxic. There’s no excuse for such poor accommodations with exorbitantly high prices per night! Had to even ask for a hairdryer. Front desk wasn’t sure they could find one?? No current electrical plug ins in room for recharging phones. Closet hangers have one inch of dust on them. Windows block light because they are so filthy. Plumbing fixtures are corroded. Not an acceptable place to stay or good impression of first time stay in SanAntonio !

The place needs a complete overhaul! It’s dark and uninviting. Wallpaper and plaster is a mess, lighting dim, and couch dirty and couch area dark n dingy. Our room was above a noisy nightspot and in front of freeway. Disappointing experience for expensive rate!
Only one of the two elevators was working, our keycards had to be te keyed three times during a two day stay, bathtub faucet would not shut off, front door of the motel would periodically not open.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sub par but other than that we have no complaints. I would stay here again.
