I came there for my birthday staycation. Reservation online was easy. Check in was super simple and the young lady at the desk was so sweet, explained everything and also gave me a breakfast coupon for myself and my boyfriend since it was my birthday. The room was clean, welcoming, a home away from home. The breakfast was very good and the waitress was so sweet and patient with us since it was our first time dining there. I will always recommend this hotel.
This place has to be one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The housekeeping service was beyond the worst. I had to go outside to find a clerk to help me at the front desk. The food was horrible. Very disappointed.
Everyone on staff did a great job. Please have the evening mgt staff remind those in the open areas with hyper children on the first floor after 10 pm to keep the noise level down as it echoes throughout all floors and into the rooms when trying to get sleep.

I want to recognize Marla the bartender as outstanding. She was very, very nice and attentive and made a wonderful margarita!
Good service. Nice rooms. Clean place. Courteous staff.
Some concerns of cleanliness in the main areas of the hotel. Very disappointed as we had cancelled the last night of our stay, but we were still charged. Will not be staying here again.

Overall, this hotel was super nice. The staff was some of the best I’ve ever dealt with and I would definitely go back to this hotel again.
