This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Tried calling for days before our reservation to confirm a few details. They didn’t answer the phone one time. Showed up and the pool was broken (whole reason we booked the hotel) Breakfast was sparse and underwhelming. I would not stay here again.
Assigned room wasn’t cleaned. Had to wait a LONG time for clerk to return to desk. Then had to wait LONG for another room which had no shower curtain. At breakfast, dirty areas. Dried on spilled milk, etc. Don’t recommend at all.
The wide hallways were a nice surprise! We know a lot of handicapped people that would be so helped by that!
We participate in the Room To Be Green program to reduce the use of water when washing linens. We have also converted to LED lighting throughout the building.

We have ample free parking for trucks, cars with trailers, and anything else you may be driving.

Dylan was amazing. He manned the front desk, helped our group find a place to eat, cleaned up towels in the pool area. He was everywhere non stop working and super kind.
Excellent hotel, service and amenities. If again I am in the area, I will definitely enjoy staying at this hotel.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean!
Staff is always so nice and the hotel is well taken care of. We come here yearly for our Johnson Creek tradition and will be back for two nights instead of one next year.
