Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff and a location that is walkable to all of downtown Seattle including the myriad of restaurants, bars, art shops, sporting events and everything else Seattle offers. Belltown is also out of the downtown core just enough to allow getting in and out with your vehicle and find parking without much fuss.

The staff was very welcoming and professional. Good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms rates reasonable. Within walking distance of most downtown and waterside attractions.
We use energy efficient electrical appliances and light bulbs, recycling services available. Offer free bicycles to ride (helmets and locks provided.)
We offer very limited, off-site parking for a $20/night fee. It''s first-come, first-served. Guests wishing to park will want to pull into our loading zone (on 3rd Ave) in front of our building to receive a pass if available.
