Friendly staff. Clean place done really nicely with personal touches.
The front end staff go out of their way to make sure we had everything we requested, the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious! I will stay here again for sure on my next visit to Calgary and recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thanks Delta!
I went on the website and called the number which I thought was the hotel, I was told a room rate of $192.99, I asked if this was Canadian the the guy said yes so I booked it, arrived at the hotel, lady said everything is paid for through Expedia, I said I booked direct but obviously the number on the website wasn’t the hotel. Long story short, I paid over $100 more for a room because it was in US funds not Canadian.
We have an exciting environmental initiative called “GreenSTAY” which allows you to forego having Housekeeping service your room every day. By not taking service, you are helping to limit the amount of detergents, chemicals, water, and energy needed to clean your room.
