Very clean. Staff was very supportive and friendly especially at check in.
What a great stay! I felt welcomed right away when a staff member kindly gave me a bottle of water at check-in. The check-in agent was very fast and friendly. The room was spotless, and my favorite feature was the heated bathroom floor. I also really enjoyed the turndown service. The weather was hot and sunny, so the outdoor pool was a perfect way to cool off. Thank you for a lovely stay!
My daughter and I are both handicapped, she is a double amputee. I checked with the front desk on the morning of Aug 16 to see if the walkway from the convention center would be open when we returned from Folklorama around 11:30 PM. We asked for help and Jarvis came and unlocked the door, helped my daughter walk down 6 stairs and moved her walker. He escorted us all the way to our room and refused a tip. We are very grateful for Jarvis's help that night!
