The hotel met my standards, I was greeted by the staff. I was hungry, so I was directed into the restaurant where I ordered a chicken fajita. Baby let me tell you that chicken fajita was good! Thank you for the stay and food.😀.
Received a warm welcome and warm cookies from the front desk staff. Also, on 3/8 3/9, had a problem with up coming reservations (not Hilton fault), but the gentleman(nite shift), female (am shift) extremely helpful. I was allowed to use the stairs to access my room (anxiety) and also given a room on the lower floor! Hope to return later this year and will definitely stay here again.
I was very disappointed in the accommodations. I had to go up 8 floors for a working ice machine, bathtub didn’t drain well nor did the bathroom door close all the way. I also thought the parking price was ridiculously high.

I believe a portion of this is probably varsity travels shortcomings. Upon arriving, we were given a king size bed with no couch or space for my daughter to sleep, despite booking two queen rooms and that is what my receipt stated and my check in stated. The hotel said it came directly from varsity listed as, a king. The hotel was extremely busy and out of four elevators only had one operational. There is no clear communication or signs showing where the stairs are. Being on the 9th floor that wasn’t the greatest option anyway but it would have at least been nice to easily find that option.
