Blue Chip Casino Hotel and Spa

We have stayed at Blue Chip multiple times and have always been satisfied with the Staff, cleanliness of the room !

Five star stay. Clean and Classy.

The hotel was amazing with wonderful clean rooms not to mention the pool and Jacuzzi. It was more than I expected.

The lady that checked was very polite. She got us checked in quickly. The employees were helpful about answering question about where to eat. Had a lot of fun on the slots.

I enjoyed my time there.

Very disappointed with the with the people behind the desk and ask for a smoker room was not accommodated.

When I called and made my reservation I had no idea that I was talking to a separate booking agent, I assumed when I called that I was talking to the reservation desk at the hotel. I specifically asked if the casino was non smoking and was told "of course" When my husband and I arrived we were shocked that smoking was allowed in the casino and the hotel. I have a very rare form of lung cancer and I am never around smokers. We arrived about ten pm so we had to stay because we needed a rest from driving. I was specifically told that I had a non smoking room. When I tried to sleep that night I began coughing and having a difficult time breathing. It was then I realized that I was in a room that the previous occupants had smoked in. We checked out early the next morning. When I asked to speak to the manager I told her that I did not want to be charged for the room because it was a smoking room and I had been told that it was non smoking. She said she was unable to do anything about it because when I called the hotel number that was on the Internet it was really Expedia. So she said that I actually paid Expedia not Blue Chip casino. I have left messages with Expedia as well as the Boyd Gaming Corp. Neither have bothered to return my call. Thank you for your time. Kathy Abdo 734 558 8618.

Nice hotel. Nice sized rooms...Staff is great...Convenient to everything.

Room was clean and nice.

The management and help was so professional. The casino was very professional and very clean and very helpful.

Staff and accommodations were excellent.

Not kid friendly and very expensive.

I stayed in the older side of the hotel. I felt like it was completely overpriced. Then was charged another fee when I left for the resort fee. I do not think I will be back.
