The cool thing about Aloft Newport on the Levee is that it offers a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge, parking, gym, pool, restaurant, spa, and pet-friendly accommodations.
It was a great experience and the staff was very helpful.
I had two rooms reserved. One of which,smelled like sewage. The staff got us a new room. The towels were not soft at all. For a king size bed I would have liked more pillows. Our phone in our room did not work therefore we couldn't figure out the TV. Overall, it was a great location and accommodated our need for a small graduation party with many things our older teens appreciated.
We got there on Wednesday so that my grandson could swim all evening. Staff was accommodating. Enjoyed the hotel.
