The reason for the 4/5 rating was attributed to the hotel personnel. They were very courteous, friendly, and interactive with the guests from my observation. If not for that I would have given a different rating. The carpet in the hallways were filthy. It appears the carpet has been there for years. We opted for the comfort inn, because the Double Tree Hotel next to the Comfort Inn was outrageously high for a night.
First class service, an accessible room with a King sized bed, just like we asked. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was spacious and the complimentary breakfast delicious. The service was outstanding, with a friendly, efficient staff. Will definitely stay here the next time we're in town.
From the moment we walked in to The Bay City Comfort Inn until we checked out, we were greeted with the most genuinely warm, cheerful, friendly and helpful staff we have ever encountered. We thank each and every one for their attentive service during our stay. A special thank you to Macie for her cheerful smile and kindness each morning at breakfast.

Staff was amazing! Front desk staff helped us be near our group as there were five couples that came from various areas for a birthday and they did their best to get all of our rooms together.
The staff was amazing Pool could be warmer and no rust.
Kevin the manager is outstanding and does whatever is needed and takes great care of his guests. Marcie the kitchen prep is amazing, she is great at her job and it’s very obvious she loves what she does. Very friendly.
The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
