We had a wonderful stay and the hotel was well placed so that it was easy to walk to the Sophocles game on Friday and then to Crush Wine Bar and Grill on Saturday!
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall a great place to stay.

I understand being "pet friendly" but when I inquired at the front desk about having rooms that were allergen free for allergy sufferers and told there were none, that means I won't be able to stay at an Embassy Suites when I travel with my husband, who is allergic to dogs and cats.
We felt like each stay quality has deteriorated a little more.
I frequently stay in Amarillo, always at the Embassy Suites. It is very clean, comfortable and convenient and they have a bar and a restaurant!
The E S hotels are nice and remodeled. Great staff. HOWEVER there is no reason why housekeeping should call my room before I check out to ask me when I’m checking out THEN they came and knocked to ask me AGAIN. I arrived at 11pm after a 12 hour driving day, check out is at 11am. Please do not disturb your guests before their check out time.
We were able to accommodate our whole family, including our dog on this trip. That was a huge bonus. The deep sink came in very handy for doing dishes. The room was clean and it was great to have a connecting room with my other family members. While my stay truly was enjoyable, I did feel rushed to leave my room. It was a bit before 11:00 and I was not completely done. I had several things to get on the cart but the cleaning staff wanted to clean the a joining room so they could stay on schedule. We did move everything into the one room and close the door so they could start cleaning the room. While I was accommodating I would have liked the cleaning staff to say they would come back and let me pack the cart and babies. Thanks for listening.
From the continental breakfast to the evening complementary drinks our stay was absolutely wonderful!
We arrived early for a wedding and we were able to check into our room two hours early. That was a very nice bonus after a very long drive. We were able to relax and feel rested for the event. The accommodations were nice. The continental breakfast was exceptional! We enjoyed our stay very much.
Perfect location, everything you need is within walking distance, bartenders are amazing and all staff were super friendly and accommodating.
