The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. It has everything you need. good breakfast, coffee available day and night, balcony and my favorite thing is it's right on the shore of Lake Superior! Close to shopping and restaurants along the boardwalk and downtown. Hasn't disappointed us in 20 years.
