Would Never stay at a choice hotel property again! Costumer service was terrible they were poorly trained and had no info that could help me obtain a refund for nights we didn’t stay, but called and cancelled. Called several times to get help but was directed in circles. So frustrating !
Toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years under the rim; bathroom floor sticky with an unknown substance; bathtub needing cleaning also.
