I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Fairmont and was truly impressed by both the facility and the staff’s hospitality. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained, offering a comfortable and restful environment. The complimentary breakfast was well prepared, fully stocked and a great way to start the day. The workout room was spotless and I appreciated that all the machines were clean and fully operational—something I don’t always find, even in higher end hotels. What stood out the most, though, was the kindness and flexibility of the staff. They graciously allowed my family and me to use the eating area so we could work on poster boards for my father’s funeral. That simple gesture meant so much to us during a difficult time and I will never forget it. Thank you for not just providing a clean and comfortable stay, but for treating us with genuine care and compassion. I would absolutely stay here again.
Everyone always so very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and rooms are extremely clean.
My only complaint is that upon our arrival two employees including the check in manager were smoking in the drive up area. It was awful and we had to hold our breath as we unpacked. Many smokers have not a clue how their smoke affects others. Sad.
The rooms are the cleanest ever, the amenities are outstanding.

The hotel was clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the free snacks and free breakfast. Room prices were reasonable. Our room was very nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. We will stay there again.
