I booked my reservation through a third party that told me that they would allow cats, but there would be an extra fee, which was Okay when I got to the hotel they told me no cats allowed so I had to rebook another hotel at the last moment while I was at the front desk, a customer came down and also advised his air conditioner was not working and there was water all over the floor doesn’t seem like a very good hotel to me.
The people were very nice and we had no problems there. But the facility itself is old, rundown, dirty, out of date and in bad need of renovation. Or perhaps it just needs to be torn down. We would never use that hotel again.
Welcoming staff and rooms were clean and comfortable. Allowing pets made it easier to evacuate due to the storm.
