4th floor housekeeper (Monika) was very helpful and had the room nicely made up both days.

A well run hotel. Clean and sparkly. Everything worked well. I enjoyed my stay.
We went for the Taylor Swift concert and was happy with how everything turned out. There was no line to check in or out, the room was available when we got there, room was clean, absolutely no complaints!
The hotel was great. Bed was comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent.
