We have stayed here every time we are in the area and have never been disappointed. Comfortable beds, hot shower and cleanliness along with the front desk hostess (Julie) make it very comfortable.
The shower head was shooting water at the foot of the tun and running directly out under the shower curtain onto floor. I am short but wventually was able to climb up and redirect the head. Housekeeping needs to point the head downward after cleaning tub. Refrigeratir did not get very cold and freezer did not come close to freezing my icepack. Maybe it just needs to be left on for longer periods of time. Or leave it going continously??.
So very professional, the staff was amazing, the rooms were super clean and the breakfast bar included. It was a nice touch for out of towners visiting colleges. Will be back.
This was our first stay at this property but it wont be our last. The room was very nice and very clean. The staff was outstanding! My only issue was the breakfast buffet. There was not any decaf coffee(although the staff would give me packets that I could make in my room)and the same sausage and gravy menu every day. Other than that everything was great. We will definitely be coming back.
Check in was as scheduled. Julie is amazing and so polite and friendly. She made checking in seamless. The room was clean and had everything offered so no issues with that.
