Flags at front were faded and tattered. Breakfast included cold eggs( microwave available), no breakfast meat, limited choice of dry goods. Rm 105, rented as a smoking room, carpet was extremely dirty had to wear socks/shoes so feet stayed clean. Shower appeared to be remodeled but was inop, could only rinse off with ice bucket of warm water. Will not recommend this hotel.
We booked two rooms. One for my wife and small kids and one for our parents. The rooms were absolutely terrible. Roaches were all over. Terribly dirty, the A/C didn’t work. The second room was the same way and the TV wouldn’t even turn on. We went to front desk and requested a refund which they told us we would receive within 7 10 days and did not. When I called again today to follow up they told me they could not help me and that I would have to contact the third party from which we booked the hotel. At a minimum they should have done the right thing and not took our money as we didn’t stay there. Terrible customer service.
