They were serving the A/C the first night and it was warm. My room never got below 75. The next two nights the heat wasn’t working. It was very cold outside and my room temperature never got above 65. Also the battery in the remote control was dead. I hate having to come into a hotel room and fix things.

Holiday Inn Express in Parkersburg WV was everything we expected. The room was clean and roomy, great shower, mattress was good and breakfast was hot and tasty. Location was great easy off and on our route. Lots of good restaurants a few minutes away. Planning to stay here again next year.
We enjoy staying here. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
All employees were very nice. Beds were comfortable. We had a great time visiting with our granddaughter.
Reservation was easy, notified by text and email in July, reminded by text on day of check in, parking was easy, prompt service on arrival, free morning breakfast excellent, pool and hot tub easy access and exercise room was good, room very comfortable and amenities satisfactory, check out easy and receipt offered digitally and on paper over all a excellent hotel experience.
The room was clean. We enjoyed the amenities.
