Very much appreciate the UAB Hospital discount which we've used five 6 times over the last year or two. The last couple of visits has seen vastly declining quality of the breakfast buffet in terms of cold food (all buffet items), late opening/not prepared to be open and no coffee server followup for a refill.
Was beautiful but needed a little more cleaning to it. But I enjoyed my stay. Didn’t get to eat the few breakfast cause hubby had an early appointment but would have liked to see the buffet. God bless. Thanks.

This is our second time going to UAB. It’s clean and easy food is available.
We have ask for someone to come fix the TV three times waiting well over a hour. Have told them we want to leave for dinner they say we will be right there. Still waiting ask for a me new room still waiting. We will ask for refund and leave this is rediculious.
We had to use the emergency heat in the room as the heater would not come on at the regular settings. There was no alarm clock and the phone wake up call we requested was late. There was limited hot water in the shower, so my partner ended up with a cold and quick one. the room was very sparse we requested additional hot tea as there was one tea and one coffee in the room never was able to find any additional pods at the front desk or never received the delivered services. Very disappointed this is not our usual experience with Hilton.

From the moment that I walked in to the quality housekeeping to the moment that I left the ladies were friendly, caring about the service that they provided, until I walked out that is why I stay here when I'm in Birmingham.
Room was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of toiletries and the hot water was hot. Beds nice and comfy and extra large television made our stay nice.
Make several trips a year for doctor visits. Always great service with shuttle !
