Check in is smooth and efficient…nice to hear no nuts in the cookies due to potential allergies! This property exceeds expectations regarding cleanliness and comfort. I did not utilize the fitness center, pool, or any dining outlets this stay. THANK YOU.
We’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times while my daughter attended Northwestern University. Only 12 mins away from the college, has a nice restaurant attached, nice updated rooms, across from a mall and tons of stores/restaurants and a grocery store is a two minute walk. Staff is excellent; great customer service. Cleaning crew is amazing! Always cleaning on site. Always great service!
