For a pricey hotel, I expected a lot. The fact that my room's toilet would not flush and the tub would not drain. the front desk was notified three different times and nobody ever showed up to fix it. We had to go down to the lobby each time to go to the bathroom was ridiculous to say the least. We were not even offered a room change! The overall cleanliness was lacking as well.
Love the shuttle service and the front desk personnel were super great! Of course, the cookies are awesome!

Employees were very nice and helpful. They all seemed to enjoy their job. Hotel needs to be updated, this time a year there is an abundance of mayflies, lobby,walls,lights,chairs needed to be cleaned up daily!
Breakfast is not included in our rate. from 6:30AM to 10:30AM on Monday-Friday and from 7:00AM to 11:00 on Saturday and Sunday
