This hotel was very clean and comfortable, a lot to offer and very friendly staff and also an airport shuttle! For sure will be staying here anytime I go To Seattle

The Property and Accommodations were Excellent. My Room was very Nice, Clean And Weii Prepared fr my Arrival. The Staff was very Professional and Accommodating; I will Definitely Stay here again.

I loved having a deck to sit on but the amount of water going under the raised bldg from the concrete crested pools of water and insects. Toe mail clippings and spider webs don't make it very comfortable to relax. Yikes.
Your location provided easy and close access to the light rail and mono rail.There was also a variety of restaurants just across the street. The facility was set in a beautiful setting with a wide variety of botanical species of trees and flowers. The hotel staff was cordial and professional. We asked that our air conditioning be adjusted. In less than five minutes, an engineer arrived and quickly made the adjustment. Early morning coffee bar and outstanding scones were much appreciated!
The staff was most accommodating in addressing our questions and concerns. The rooms were well appointed and immaculate; room staff was very efficient and kind. Front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful. The physical setting and landscaping was beautiful and well maintained! We enjoyed a most pleasant stay!

Tour hotel is very depressing, everything is old the carpet got me sick, it was dirty, A/C did not work very well. We noticed cracks on outside balcony’s, we would not stay there again. Our entire group felt the same way.

Room was clean. Bar/restaurant food was well prepared and waitstaff was friendly.
Employees and staff were very helpful. The heater in my room did not work. The temperature did not get above 61 degrees even though I adjusted the thermostat to 72 degrees. Needless to say, it was a very uncomfortable experience.
