I like the Hilton brand and I usually receive good customer service. This was a step above; the night clerk greeted me with a smile and a pleasant greeting. The valet was eager and helpful with directions and yes, parking—an overall great experience. Coming in from a four hour ride and being up all day was very tiring, but being able to sign in and settle down without a hiccup is totally worth talking about. I forgot about the morning wake up to the same pleasant voice that checked me in—just Golden.
The room service team went out of their way to accommodate our every desire and the night managers made sure our wants, no matter how small, were taken care of.
Pinky was great from the moment we checked in. Nathan took care of our vehicle from a valet standpoint. He made sure it was readily available between 11am 11pm.
I wanted to walk to the Galleria and this hotel is perfect for that. Clean, workers are very, very nice and efficient ! I enjoyed my stay very much for three nights.

The staff was very professional and service was excellent. The room was clean and very nice.
I did not stay at the hotel on the 11th of July because my hotel stay was supposed to have been changed to July 18th because my meeting in Houston was changed to July 18th and I haven't heard why my stay wasn't changed.

Polite staff went above and beyond, warm cookies upon check in and I felt very safe as the key cards only allow guests to access their own floors from the elevator.
