I was very disappointed in this stay. The hotel was great and the staff (Hannah) was very nice. However the booking company that represented themselves as your agents charged me hundreds more than your desk cost. They lied about being refundable, over charged me and refused to allow me to cancel. It’s shameful you let them represent you.
