We have stayed at your property five times in the last couple of years. We love the location and the river view, as well as the "cookies". The property is aging and in need of some updating. This is a little surprising considering it is a Hilton property. May look for another hotel the next time we are in Little Rock.
Hotel was very accommodating and Stella helped me with my slip when it was showing. Very friendly smile. Restaurant staff was also very kind. Duke was a wonderful waiter.
I had a wonderful stay!
I have a issue with the reservation system. When I called the hotel it appears a 3rd party intercepted the call to make the reservations. I requested that my Hilton Points be added to my account they said they cannot do that. Additionally, the hotel said because a 3rd party made the reservation they could not print out my receipt. Your service is very suspect to say the least. I am very dissatisfied.
Except for the first day, we experienced problems daily with having our room cleaned. We had to call the front desk and housekeeping four five times a day. Also, the shower curtain in our room was broken and the bath tub was too high to step into without assistance. I requested a refrigerator for medical reasons and was provided a small container that never cooled down. The positive side the room was spacious.I would not choose this hotel again unless it was absolutely necessary.
The hotel has not been updated. No USB ports for computers.
The Doubletree was a very nice location to reunite and visit. The stay was comfortable and staff very friendly.
The people were very friendly. I am very disappointed I was looking for to take a relaxing hot shower. The shower pressure was certainly not working properly I had to shower in stand still water. It sounded like someone was banging I was really looking forward for a good shower. My grandson almost cut is face on the side of broken air conditioning unit in the room so we had to cover that up because it was in safe for my grandsons in their was a outlet didn’t work in stains on the curtains. I was just astounded for the price which is no problem because I loved a nice elegant place. Because the name says it all.
Double Tree by Hilton, Little Rock, was very convenient for our trips to UAMS and had parking easy.
I had a great time in the DoubleTree hotel.
Very friendly staff and large quiet room overlooking the Arkansas River on New Years Eve. Room was large and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.
