After having a room mix up, very late check in availability air broken, then finding fleas in our room, was very disappointing. They did come spray and clean it after, but was displaced for four hours. I was there for 7 nights and not offered another room or to be paid for some of my stay. I was awarded some points by one of the nicer assistant managers, but the manager was not helpful or compassionate.
