Employees were friendly.
My experience with staying at the Double Tree was excellent. The staff, front desk employee Mr. Talen and especially the shuttle driver Mr. Paul Johnson showed great professional service and courteous beyond duty. I would definitely advise anyone to stay at the Double Tree at 5069 Sanderlin Ave in Stanton Tennessee.
My only problem was the stopper in the sank was not working properly, room 225.

We have never been in a hotel with a friendlier, more accommodating staff. It was a pleasure to interact with them at all levels. On the negative side, the bathroom was bizarre. It had a sliding door that did not fully close and a toilet that was about 18 inches high, making it hazardous for elderly or handicapped guests. Also, the lighted artwork behind the desk was blinding. Clerks said it generated glare on their computers and excessive heat. It just needs to go away.
The room was nice.
I always enjoy staying at your hotel. Local restaurants, bars and just about anything a person wants.
