I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room looked. It even smelled clean and fresh! My friends and I had a delicious dinner at the steak house in the lobby as well!

The unique thing about this hotel stay was that the concierge, Adam, was standing by near the hotel entrance welcoming people in and I stopped him to ask about onsite restaurants and he offered me 250 additional Hilton Honors points. The next day I saw him again and asked him about Hilton Honors rewards for a future trip to Hawaii and although I declined the promotional offer, I found out which hotels across a number of brands, qualify for HH rewards. In my experience, Adam is an asset to the hotel bcz he’s friendly, always hanging around and accessible and he knows everything a person needs to know about the Honors program!
Clean, great good and amazing service. From check in to check out, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping staff was amazing. Finally, the restaurant and lounge had delicious food.

The grounds are beautiful, with a water fountain near tables and the buildings are spaced out, so not many people walking the halls in any one building. Also, the convention center is well laid out. There is a steak house, lounge (music and sports), cafe (breakfast, Lunch) and Vineyards (casual, open from lunch) for food. For exercise, there is an outdoor pool and inside a small, neat but well equipped fitness center.
Great Place
Hotel and all accommodations were great. Only issue was that there was a false fire alarm that woke us up at around 6am and the front desk never apologized for the incident.

We evacuated from the Eaton Fire and this hotel took in a lot of us! The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was comforting to know we were so well taken care of. Thanks to Ingrid, Monica and the whole team!
I have used the Hilton Ontario Hotel during the past twenty years during pleasure and business travel in the Inland Empire area. I have enjoyed nothing but excellent service and enjoyment while at the hotel. I would recommend it to anyone ,friends or strangers looking for a quality hotel to stay at.
The front desk associates were helpful and nice. The hotel was huge and very clean. We had a blast in the Jacuzzi and pool. Would go back again for sure.
