The room was small but clean. Plenty of towels. The beds were comfy.

Specifically got this hotel because of pool. Drove four hours with young kids. Lady said it wasn't their fault heater for pool quit. Well, no, not your fault but you advertised a pool. Not any kind of refund. Little things also like no paper or pens in room, restaurant was closed. Last time I will stay there.
Spent Valentines night after an event. Room was spacious and very clean. Service was excellent and very professional. Would highly recommend.

I stayed at the DoubleTree in Pavilion Dr. Dec 6 and 7. The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable and the towels were thick.
