We had a lovely time and the bed was extremely comfortable. The front desk staff was cheerful and convenient shop operator at 9 AM on Sunday, December 14. Worked nonstop with a smile on her face.
Room was nice good size bed comfortable room was clean.

I was staying with a brother as. We had thanksgiving plans with family in Philadelphia, I always walked past the Doubletree when visiting family and decided to try it out. I stayed for a couple of nights and was pleasingly surprised. I loved the staffs professionalism and personality. The rooms were large and very clean. We were very comfortable in the rooms and the beds were the best. We needed the rest from family and we both fell right asleep. I can’t wait to visit again an again. Thanks for the warm cookies. What a special touch.
We loved the hotel and the views from our rooms.
The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Checkin and checkout were very prompt and hassle free. The room was clean, the view was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable. There was a little seating area and tv. The hotel provided water, coffee and a nice mini fridge. The property was in the center of everything so I was able to walk everywhere. The parking lot is adjacent and there was plenty of room to park. I really enjoyed this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, the theater and arts area. There are many wonderful restaurants nearby. We did not eat at the breakfast buffet too pricey. The pool room could use an upgrade.

Very nice stay with pleasant staff. Location to various places is great.
I feel that the hotel is in a great location, kept clean and well and the staff is nice. However, it is a bit pricey and when I book the room, I asked if there was on site parking and I was told yes. That is not the case. The lot is a municipal lot that needs to be paid separately from the $300 a night room rate. This is Philadelphia not New York City, it’s a very pricey hotel.
