Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
So, my son and I are taking a trip of a lifetime from TX to various national parks and decided to break up the first day of driving by staying at this hotel. We've stayed here previously andvwere very pleased., until today. As we were checking in, we were informed that there is a $10 charge per day to park our car in their parking lot in addition to the nightly rate! I wasn't sure that I heard correctly, but the desk attendant reiterated the additional charge! So, beware! They just find more ways to exploit the consumer. This is my last time at a Double Tree!
