The front desk was amazing. Andrea and Joy were so helpful. The desk manager was also helpful with my reservation. The Hilton computer system being down was a little problematic so having the front desk be so helpful was great.
Comfortable beds. Great customer service at front desk especially Ritesh.

Property was clean, new, but amenity/service was below the price of the room. Check in agonizingly slow. I had been quoted $50 for my 4.5 lb puppy in this pet friendly property, I was charged $75. When I questioned this I was told I was booked through a third party and they did not honor that. The in room coffee maker was the type with the plastic tray and tea bag style coffee. Typical to this style water went everywhere except the coffee cup. Every other Hilton property offered complimentary coffee stations, not here. Parking is additional property is not in an urban center loads of flat parking. I can’t say I’ll never book this property, but I will make a real effort to find other options.
We were very disappointed in our stay as we were kept up most of the night by loud teenagers staying next door to us. Security came and they quieted down but by then it was too late for a good nights sleep.
