Room was clean
Well it’s been over 20 yrs my last stay at this hotel. Front desk was very friendly. We had to change rooms do to water pressure. When we went to restaurant for breakfast service was terrible. Breakfast’s appearance was very disappointing. Either no breakfast from bread station. From no bacon to dried hot cream of wheat. The cooks were not monitory the food. Everyone was telling them the outage. When ask about replenishment management say no but the servers kept saying in oven be out shortly. I notice one server going around asking people do they need anything. Never my husband in I. I stop the manager said we was still waiting on food. He gave me this story they were not going to cook closing in 20 minutes. At this point I have been waiting on my food. The shocking part as I was waiting others were coming in saying what I had said previously. Food should stay replenished until close. Use less quantity but nothing should be empty. I left saying oh my gosh what happened to the quality concerns with a customer. Double Tree is a good stay but everythingy you purchased should be available from room to food. Have a great day.
Everything’s terrific but I think if you’re a guest you shouldn’t be charged for underground parking.
