Easy to get in and room was clean. Shower was great. Easy to use TV. Loved the parking. Great breakfast 😋. Was going TO VA across the street Very convenient. Didn't have time to use because of an appointment across the street with VA.
Overall very pleasant experience: reasonably priced, room was very clean with great room service, desk and breakfast staff very friendly and professional, the included breakfast was very good; had to get the heat pump in our room serviced (yes, Floridas winters can get quite chilly), it got repaired promptly (thanks Keith) and the room got quite comfortable. This was my second booking in a week and will book again if needed. If you are a Vet utilizing the VA Hospital (as I did), it’s right across the highway about a half a mile away…an easy drive or energetic walk. Also, if you don't feel like doing either, the hotel shuttle will drive you over if you want. I don’t understand why VA doesn’t contract with this hotel. It would be a win win…for the veterans and the hotel.

I’m friendly staff clean rooms awesome breakfast and great local location. I will definitely recommend and use this hotel again.
This was our second time staying at the hotel. My husband had surgery at Bay Pines early in the day and the front desk was kind enough to get us settled in a room a little earlier. Room was very clean and nice. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, more than we expected. Food employees kept everything moving along with hot coffee and food. All in all a pleasant experience. Will be returning whenever we have appointments with the VA hospital.
