When we arrived at your hotel it looked run down but we were still hoping for the best and were heartened by the poster in the elevator picturing sparlkling kitchen supplies and appliances. The room however, was shabby and the kitchen was entirely bare of supplies and no coffee maker on the counter. When we tried to cancel our booking we were told it could not be cancelled because we made the reservation through Expedia. We were told that when we got back home there would be an email from Expedia which would have a link to get a refund. None of this happened. No email, no refund and so far nothing from Kristi McClung the hotel manager.
