I used your hotel on 4/27/25 during my drive south. If I got one hours of peaceful sleep I'd be amazed. Apparently I booked through third party but I verified my reservation directly with the hotel. I needed and verified I had a 1st floor room. The gentleman whon waitied on me was very rude and charged be an additional $90.00 for that 1st floor room. He put me in rear of bldg which was very loud all night with people partying in the lot. My return reservation on 3/31/25 was better but it was very loud. Police were there with many police cars and this same gentleman was on duty. I have stayed in many Best western Hotels over the years this was by far the worse. Never never again.

We enjoyed our stay, very clean room and great breakfast. Lisa at the front desk was absolutely fantastic! Such a wonderful and pleasant greeting and disposition.
