When my husband and I arrived at the hotel we were able to find a parking space close to the hotel entrance. When we checked in the front desk staff was very pleasant. Check in was quick. During our stay our questions were answered promptly. The hotel is pleasantly decorated. I loved the lighting in the hotel hallway. It was well lit and the gray walls gave a warm feel. The room was very clean. Large screen TV. The bed was comfortable and pillows were even more comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was good but I wish bacon was available instead of the sausage. I would definitely recommend staying at this Hotel!

Clean venue but in sad shape; last refurbished maybe 50 years ago? Personnel very friendly and accommodating. Purchased snacks Nabs were very stale! 😂.
Room was fairly clean shower was warm and hotel was quiet. They charged me to park which was not included part of the fee when booking.

This hotel was quite convenient for walking around the Zoo and University area. Plenty of good restaurants within a few blocks, too. The hotel itself was comfortable and accessible, with free parking.
