Hotel was still decorated for the holidays and looked gorgeous. Room was large and comfy with nice finishes.

Our trip was personnel as we booked this hotel because it was close to the Cleveland Clinic. Going to the clinic was stressful. It was a welcome experience checking in, the hostess was very friendly. She had helpful information on getting to and from the hotel to the clinic. The room was ][b clean and neat had everything we needed. I'd highly recommend.
Everything was wonderful! I enjoyed every minute of my stay.
Breakfast is made to order off menu 7 days a week. A buffet will be provided for cost if hotel as well if hotel is above 50% occupancy. Hours: Mon - Friday 7am to 10am Sat & Sun 8am to 11am

She had helpful information on getting to and from the hotel to the clinic. The room was ][b clean and neat had everything we needed. I'd highly recommend.

Clean rooms. Good food. All staff was very friendly and helpful.
My only complaint was that there was no maid service was out and about on 06/07 during the day and when I got back everything was the same. No trash pick up or coffee refills. Otherwise, it is a very nice hotel. Lived the shuttle service drivers were prompt and friendly!

The Great hall is beautiful.
Michele was our wonderful waitress. She was very pleasant and helpful. Our orders were yummy and came out just the way we ordered them. Michele’s interaction with us was fun and easy. Thank you! Our corner suite room was very comfortable and clean. Other staff were friendly and greeted us as we moved about the hotel. When we checked in close to 5:00 pm, the female registration staff was very pleasant, helpful and her smile lit up the room! She was caring and gave us helpful information.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to family and friends. Spacious rooms, friendly staff (especially in dining areas).
