Our party group booked a total of 6 rooms and had another room booked by our members. One of the room had a door that didn’t lock correctly. When we checked in there was another room that had both stove tops were left on high and we felt the heat so they’d been in a while. Another room we had there were bed bugs. This room even had a bedbug trap in between both the mattress and boxspring. When I went to the front desk to get bags the man in the front said they’d be keeping an eye on it. That’s very frustrating, why book a room with that issue? We will be refuting the charges.
