My wife thinks she left the medical test in the room. We did call and ask if they found it to let us know but we haven’t heard anything back yet. We were really in a hurry, just needed a place to hang our head while flights were delayed during a storm The room was clean and dry.
James and security was my lifesaver. I was frantic trying to print out luggage tags for my cruise. The night before I had tried for hours. 2:30 in the morning I went downstairs to try again. I had seen James earlier helping another guest. I asked if he could help me and he said of course he would. His pool come demeanor really helps reduce my frustration level he helped me until I got it all done and the guy at the desk let me a stapler and a pen. I was able to complete the test in 20 minutes after spending five hours working on it. James was my hero he was kind, soft spoken, polite and knew his way around a computer and a printer. He didn't give up until we got our task completed. Thank you James is it wonderful employee.
The lack of ACi in the common areas is not acceptable for a hotel of this quality. Staff was very good and accommodating.

out family stay was absolutely incredible. The best part was the warm reception at the desk from MERA ! The free breakfast, excellent room care and animates are also a plus. The drawback is the novelty desk for food and needs. It is lacking in resources and is poorly set up. The pricing in 400% and the kiosk does not function properly. It takes two four scans for credit cards and does not insert nor swipe.
Our room service was excellent, the staff and crew are really nice and friendly.
Personnel, at check in, was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay..Bed was very comfy,nice large L.R. area. We absolutely loved the omelette breakfast bar and lots of choices at breakfast. Happy hour was a cherry on top and the staff couldn't have been any nicer..definitely my go to place going forward!
Easy breezy, relaxing and comfortable.
First experience staying at an Embassy Hotel. Room was clean and well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Happy hour was good..for me, a diet coke with refill and the snack bar was well stocked. I ordered a meatball sub, which was delicious. Server was very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious, from special made omlet to waffles, to almost anything one would desire for breakfast. Everyone working during that time was very pleasant and helpful. Front desk personnel very pleasant. Highly recommended.
Best complimentary breakfast in the area. Eggs made to order. Spacious and clean hotel. Luxurious, but reasonable price.
