I was arrived in hotel 3/4 2am and had been told I can't check a room in between 12am to 3am with my reservation! I had to stay in my car till 3am. Why do you tell this on the my reservation? There is no basic stuff in my room, everything I need I had to ask front desk. No daily cleaning! Never stay this hotel anymore!
