First of all it took 30 minutes before I got checked in. When we got in our room the toilet seat was broken. The water never got hot in the shower. I have been with Fairfield for years. This was the worst experience I’ve had with the hotel. I had reservations for three rooms. I asked that we would be together they said we would be but when we got there that didn’t happen. I wasn’t happy this go around.
