I had a overall pleasant stay
Everything was Okay except going for ice. Machine on 2nd floor was broke and out of order so had to go from our room on the 3rd floor to first floor way on the end of hall.
We enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, strong jets. We left some clothes in the closet and called when we got home. They recovered the clothes and sent them to us. We were very grateful.
We had a terrible experience, not getting the handicap room that we booked in the room was filthy, dirty and carpet worn out!
We come every spring break to let the kids swim and have some fun. We love it and the price is right. Nice to have breakfast too!
We really enjoyed our stay. Grandkids love the pool. Perfect setting to meet with our family. Hotel was very accommodating to out requests while our family was visiting. Rooms are huge and very clean and nice. We will definitely be back !
