The person I spoke with confirmed my reservation and indicated that a late arrival would be no problem and that if I needed to cancel, due to the flight issues, that would also be no problem. Imagine my surprise, then, when I finally arrived at the hotel to discover that I had been deemed a "no show," my reservation automatically cancelled by some centralized computer, there were no other rooms available and I was charged for the room. I was told by the desk clerk that I would be refunded, but that has not happened. So, essentially, I paid $168.80. to sleep in my car in the parking lot.
