The entire staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were great. They were friendly and considerate. The accommodations were generally very nice and comfortable and definitely clean.
Very bad maintenance, only 1chair. It’s was a handicap room and I’m not handicapped and did NOTRequest a handicap room bathtub would not drain.

The hotel itself was in a great location. The staff initially, during and ending my visit was fantastic. The toom itself was dated and needs some much needed improvements. The floor was uneven, cracking and missing small pieces. The bathroom was tiny and the shower floor was soft which means damage. The windows were very drafty and I had a wasp some how get inside. The walls are paper thin. It was fine since I was only in the room at night. I think the price is a little high for the quality of the room, but compared to other hotels in the area it was affordable.

The room had some repair needs. The bathtub backs up and the flooring had a gap. I specifically asked for a walkin shower because of handicaps through the reserving agent at AAA but the facility had a bathtub with a high side. The service by people was excellent.
We both had a good night's rest. Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed our stay and the good coffee.
Room was clean beds comfortable. We are tall people commode was very low though. Shower was great good water pressure TY.
We had a very noisy heater.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking, close to restaurants and highways. Room was clean and updated.
Very accommodating for my specific expectations for a quiet environment. Staff went extra mile to make me comfortable.
